Refund policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, every item is a final sale. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you take an extra moment to double-check your cart before purchasing to make sure your order is exactly as you'd like it.
2. Refund Process
In line with our final sale policy, we do not offer refunds. The only exception is in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our part (please see section 4 for details on how we'll make it right). Refunds are not available for customer errors, such as ordering the incorrect size or color.
3. Cancellation Process
Our team works quickly to get your order on its way to you! Because our fulfillment process starts almost immediately, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please verify that all your details, including your items and shipping address, are correct before you pay.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we stand by our policies, we take full responsibility for our mistakes.

Our Evaluation: Our team will review your claim. If we determine the mistake was ours, we will gladly offer you a replacement of the same item or provide store credit for a future purchase. Please note that monetary refunds are not offered as a solution.
