Shipping & Delivery Process

Shipping Costs: All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The final cost will be displayed for your approval before you complete the purchase.

Delivery Hours: Our courier partners deliver between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Signature Confirmation: To ensure secure delivery, a signature is typically required upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to accept the package. If you are unavailable, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Damaged Packages: Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, do not accept the delivery and contact our customer care team immediately. If you accept the package, you must report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.
